I found
some FUN and creative Do-It-Yourself projects for my 5 year
old to enjoy this summer ...
We were scientists for a day with The Weird Slime Laboratory. We created our
own pink slime, red gummy fish eggs and some slimy green worms. Found this DIY slime kit at Toys
R' Us Rockwell for P599.75
My little
baker was so happy with this easy 3-step mix-bake-decorate Girlfriends Cupcake Kit complete with a tube of pink
frosting, heart-shaped candies and decorative cupcake sleeves. This DIY
kit was a gift for Hailey.
We are planning to brighten up our kitchen with these fun fridge magnets. The Mould and Paint Fridge Magnets Kit includes plaster powder, paint pots, paint brushes and molding trays with assorted designs. I found this a while back at the St. James Bazaar but I was saving it for summer.
We went to Serendra one afternoon and went into Marta's Cakes to buy one of their cute cookie decorating kits. The kit includes 2 sugar cookies (assorted designs available), 4 packs of colorful icing, 2 packs of mini marshmallows, sprinkles and chocolate candies all for P160.
While we were at Marta's Cakes, my daughter could not resist getting a slice of the yummy rainbow cake! This colorful cake gave me the idea to have a rainbow themed party for Hailey and Hannah's next birthday :)
